Script Reading Sessions

Our bi-monthly script reading sessions give actors the chance to flex their skills with scripts that are being developed. They also give scriptwriters the chance to hear their work out loud - sometimes for the first time.

Online- Tuesday 22nd October, 6pm

Our next script reading session will take place on Tuesday 22nd October at 6pm. This should last around 1 hour.

We will be reading a TV Pilot episode titled 'Anchorites' with the writer Dave Bricker joining us for the session.

We are thrilled to announce that our script reads will include professional Script Reader/Assistant Producer Catherine Walker who will offer her input.

"Having produced across commercial and factual entertainment TV for five years, I'm now offering script reading services to writers up and down the country. I’m skilled in developing ideas as well as casting and I’m always on the lookout for new talent with fresh ideas. I’m passionate about championing writers and working with them to get their script to screen."

Script Submissions

If you are a script writer and would like to hear your work out loud; our script reading sessions could be for you.

Details:

The script can be at any stage of development and the format can be for TV, film or theatre
The session lasts for one hour and can include one script, or several excerpts
Ideal cast size would be from 2-8. Anything over we would likely double-up parts (if suitable)
You will join us in the session and the actors will offer their feedback
Professional Script Reader & Assistant Producer Catherine Walker will also offer her feedback during the session
